Free Adult Autism (ASD) Self-Screen
This brief, research-based questionnaire (the RAADS-14) can help you decide whether a formal autism evaluation might be worth pursuing. It takes about 3 minutes. Your answers are scored privately in your own browser — nothing you enter is saved, sent, or seen by anyone, including this practice.

Please read first. This tool is for adults (18+) and is for educational and
self-reflection purposes only. It is not a diagnosis and is not a substitute for
a professional evaluation. This screen is intentionally over-inclusive and has a high
false-positive rate: many people who are not autistic — including people with
anxiety or other concerns — score above its threshold. A “positive” result does
not mean you are autistic; it only means a fuller assessment may be worthwhile. A
result below the threshold does not rule autism out either. If you are in crisis or thinking about
harming yourself, call or text 988 (the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or go to
your nearest emergency room.
